Job Overview :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows within Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules.
- Develop robust automated workflows using Power Automate and native Dynamics 365 process flows.
- Integrate CRM with various external systems, including marketing platforms, ERP systems, web forms, and other applications via APIs (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps) and middleware like KingswaySoft or Zapier.
- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, compliance, and security across the entire CRM ecosystem.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, conduct user training, and offer support to end-users and business teams.
- Monitor system performance continuously and optimize for scalability and usability, identifying areas for technical improvement.
- Support and enhance existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, proactively addressing issues and implementing new features.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 35+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM integrations utilizing technologies such as REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware (e.g., KingswaySoft or Zapier).
- Proficiency in workflow automation, lead lifecycle management, and data modeling within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Familiarity with programming languages used for CRM customizations, including JavaScript, C#, or TypeScript.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines and CI/CD practices for automated deployments.
- Strong knowledge of model-driven app development within Power Apps.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Dynamics 365 Marketing.
- Background in lead generation, sales funnel optimization, or customer journey mapping methodologies.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
