- Manage the end-to-end administration of the MicroStrategy platform, including installation, configuration, and upgrades, to ensure a stable and high-performing BI ecosystem for the enterprise.

- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to guarantee optimal report execution and dashboard responsiveness for end-users.

- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including user access controls and authentication mechanisms, to safeguard sensitive corporate data and ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent resolutions to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.

- Automate routine administrative tasks and maintenance activities to improve operational efficiency and allow the team to focus on strategic platform enhancements.

Must-Haves :

- 5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy administration

- Experience hosting MicroStrategy on cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure)

- Strong knowledge of :

o Intelligence Server configuration

o Metadata management

o User & object security

o Caching and cube optimization

- Experience managing multiple instances/environments

- Understanding of Kubernetes or VM-based deployments

- Strong troubleshooting skills (CPU/memory/network bottlenecks)

- Experience with patching and version upgrades

- Basic SQL knowledge

- Experience with monitoring tools (Stackdriver, CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)
