Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on expertise with Manhattan WMS Active and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting supply chain solutions. T

his role requires a strong functional and/or technical understanding of the Manhattan WMS platform, with a focus on improving warehouse operations and driving efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design : Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and optimize warehouse workflows.

- Testing & Support : Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the Manhattan WMS system.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Core Experience : 5 to 15+ years of professional experience with Manhattan WMS Active.

- Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS Active, including its core modules and functionalities.

- Proven experience in WMS implementation, configuration, and support.

- Solid understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

Professional Attributes :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
