Job Summary :

We're looking for a highly experienced and hands-on JAVA Fullstack Angular Lead with 10-20 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader and mentor, responsible for architecting, developing, and managing enterprise-level applications.

You will possess deep expertise in the Java ecosystem, particularly with frameworks like Spring Boot, and extensive experience building dynamic, responsive front-end applications with Angular. This is a senior-level role that requires not only exceptional technical skills but also a proven ability to lead teams, guide architectural decisions, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable full-stack applications.

- Guide the team in making architectural choices, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of developers, fostering a culture of high-quality code and continuous improvement.

Full Stack Development :

- Develop and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build modern, responsive, and reusable front-end components and applications using the Angular framework.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

Project Management & Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.

- Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert-level support for both production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in Java and Angular full-stack development.

Technical Proficiency :

- In-depth expertise in the Java ecosystem, including core Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security).

- Proven experience with Angular for front-end development, including advanced concepts like state management, routing, and component-based architecture.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (both SQL and NoSQL).

Leadership & Professional Attributes :

- A proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
