Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled IAM Saviynt Consultant to design and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt's capabilities, including installation, configuration, custom development, and extensive integration with various enterprise systems. You'll play a key role in developing IAM
policies, ensuring compliance, automating access reviews, and providing essential technical support and training.
Key Responsibilities :
IAM Solution Design & Implementation :
- Design and implement comprehensive IAM solutions using Saviynt.
- Perform installation of Saviynt Connect and all necessary configurations.
- Create custom rules and workflows specifically tailored for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
System Integration :
- Utilize both out-of-the-box and custom connectors for seamless integration.
- Develop and manage REST API connectors for web applications and authoritative sources like SAP, PeopleSoft, and Workday.
- Build custom connectors for onboarding new applications.
Policy, Governance & Compliance :
- Ensure solutions and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce robust security policies related to identity and access management.
- Implement periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
- Automate access review processes to streamline compliance checks and reduce manual effort.
- Generate comprehensive reports on access review findings and actions taken.
Support & Training :
- Conduct effective training sessions for end-users and IT staff to maximize Saviynt utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions using Saviynt.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt Connect installation and configuration.
- Proficiency in creating custom rules and workflows for JML processes.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate Saviynt with various enterprise applications (HR systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, ServiceNow, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday) using both standard and custom connectors.
- Experience in developing and managing REST API connectors.
- Strong understanding of IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices in IAM.
- Experience with implementing and automating periodic access reviews.
- Proficiency in Java and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
