Zensar Technologies - Generative AI Engineer - NLP/LLM

Key Responsibilities :

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing next-generation AI models that drive real business impact. Your contributions will directly shape our suite of AI-powered products used by industry-leading enterprises.

Model Development & Research :

- Stay updated with the latest research trends and innovations in generative AI to continually enhance our solutions.

Integration & Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, and product managers) to integrate AI models into our SaaS platforms.

- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI features.

Optimization & Deployment :

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning to ensure high-quality and efficient AI outputs.

- Optimize model performance through rigorous testing, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation using relevant metrics.

- Support the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions in production environments.

- Implementing feedback mechanisms (collect user input logs, refine model responses, etc.)

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, methodologies, and experiments.

- Contribute to the development and refinement of coding standards, testing procedures, and best practices for AI/ML development.

Requirements & Skills :

Educational Background :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Professional Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in generative AI

- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy state-of-the-art generative models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Technical Prowess :

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and conversational AI frameworks.

- Machine Learning & Generative AI : Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

- API Integration : Ability to integrate third-party AI services

- Experience building or integrating LLM-based chatbots (e.g., designing prompts, context management, multi-turn conversations) is a plus.

- Familiarity with payment integrations and transaction flows is a plus
