As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy algorithms and features to enhance digital products. Youll collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions in a hands-on technical role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and improve AI features using React, Node.js, and Express

- Integrate OpenAI and other LLM APIs to improve conversation quality

- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Fine-tune and train models for domain-specific needs

- Develop middleware and pipelines to manage context, user history, and optimize prompts

- Translate user requirements into AI-driven features

- Implement robust testing, evaluation, and monitoring for AI models in production

- Stay current with developments in LLMs and AI tools

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

- 3+ years as a Machine Learning or AI Engineer

- Strong with Node.js, Express, and React

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI or similar APIs

- Experience with recommendation engines, personalization, or user behavior modeling

- Understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and embedding-based retrieval (RAG)

- Familiar with Python for data preparation or model training

- Knowledge of tokenization, vector databases, and conversational flow design

- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred :

- Experience in health, nutrition, or wellness

- Understanding of data privacy, security, and AI ethics

- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams
