We are seeking a Senior HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly with UK Payroll experience - a significant advantage for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and demonstrate strong technical skills in Fast Formulas, alongside familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM and OUM.

Candidate Profile Fit

Skills Match :

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- UK Payroll Fusion HCM experience is highly desirable.

- Technical proficiency in writing Fast Formulas.

Experience Match :

- Minimum 6 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM.

- At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.

- End-to-end implementation experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM modules.

Technical & Methodology :

- Familiarity with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) and OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) phases and documentation.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Exposure :

- Experience with Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) or Core HR modules will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with UK Payroll specialization in Fusion HCM are strongly preferred.

Location and Availability :

- Candidates based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Noida are preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

- Develop and customize Fast Formulas for various HCM processes.

- Support payroll processes, with a focus on UK Payroll configurations and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation aligned with AIM/OUM methodologies.

- Deliver presentations and training sessions to client teams and stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues during implementation and post-go-live.
