Role Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned HCM Cloud SaaS professional specializing in Time and Labor (OTL) with a strong track record of at least three end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across the hire-to-retire lifecycle and have excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Redwood UI and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the functional solution design and configuration efforts for the Time and Labor (OTL) module within HCM Cloud projects.

- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, and oversee thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Provide comprehensive go-live support to ensure smooth transition and successful project deployment.

- Mentor junior team members, allocate tasks effectively, and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.

- Analyze and resolve complex functional issues that arise during the implementation lifecycle.

- Collaborate with business development teams to support client engagement and contribute to proposal development.

- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.

- Participate in domestic and international travel as required for client interactions and project delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with HCM Cloud, specifically in the Time and Labor (OTL) module.

- Successful completion of at least 3 full lifecycle (end-to-end) HCM Cloud implementations.

- Proven client-facing experience, including conducting workshops and managing end-to-end implementations.

- Strong functional knowledge across the entire hire-to-retire process.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Exposure to Redwood UI and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.

- Broader knowledge of the HCM domain beyond OTL.

- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving client requirements.
