About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced EPM Senior Developer with expertise in Hyperion EPM, Planning, and Essbase to lead the design and development of complex enterprise performance management solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, application development, and integration within Hyperion Planning environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, acting as the primary technical consultant.

- Manage full lifecycle implementation of EPM projects, from requirement gathering and solution design through deployment and support.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and developers to deliver effective business solutions.

- Develop, customize, and maintain Planning modules such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Workforce, Capex, and Project Planning.

- Design and develop business rules, forms, task lists, and reports to meet client requirements.

- Integrate the EPM platform with third-party services and applications to enhance functionality and streamline processes.

- Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting expertise in Essbase application development.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables by following best practices and adhering to client standards.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Be prepared for travel as per project requirements.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Hyperion EPM suite, including Hyperion Planning, PBCS (Planning Budgeting Cloud Service), and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).

- Strong expertise in Essbase application development, including cube design, data loading, and calculation scripts.

- In-depth knowledge of Planning modules such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Workforce, Capex, and Project Planning.

- Proficient in designing and implementing business rules, task lists, forms, and custom reports.

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of Hyperion Planning projects.

- Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

- Experience integrating Hyperion Planning with third-party platforms and services.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.

Certifications :

- Relevant certifications in Hyperion EPM, Oracle Planning, or Essbase (preferred but not mandatory).
