Job Description

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Zendesk development, administration, and integration.

- Proficiency in Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF), JavaScript, APIs, and Liquid markup.

- Strong understanding of Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, and Explore.

- Experience integrating Zendesk with Salesforce, Slack, or other CRM and communication tools.

- Solid understanding of ticketing workflows, automation, macros, and triggers.

- Experience with reporting and analytics using Zendesk Explore.

- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, and other authentication mechanisms.

- Understanding of telecom workflows (activation, number portability, top-up, usage tracking) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Zendesk applications using Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF), JavaScript, Liquid markup, and APIs.

- Administer and configure Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, and Explore to meet business requirements.

- Integrate Zendesk with Salesforce, Slack, and other CRM or communication platforms to enable seamless workflows.

- Design and optimize ticketing workflows, including automation, macros, triggers, and escalation rules.

- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Zendesk Explore for data-driven insights and analytics.

- Implement and support authentication mechanisms such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth to secure Zendesk environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand telecom workflows such as activation, number portability, top-up, and usage tracking (preferred).

- Troubleshoot and resolve Zendesk platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
