Responsibilities :
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various stages to effectively manage learning programs related to software development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the market, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our learning offerings.
- Deep understanding of program management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful program execution, including setting objectives, establishing timelines, and managing resources.
- Design and develop comprehensive learning paths that cater to different roles and skill levels within our organization.
- Multitask effectively to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams, including learning designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, to ensure successful program implementation.
- Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and agile methodologies to support the implementation of learning programs within an agile framework.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify potential challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements :
- 1 to 2yrs Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in the learning and development domain.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various stages.
- Familiarity with current technology trends and advancements in the market.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing learning paths or curricula.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
