About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEAN Stack Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-quality software products.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

You will contribute to end-to-end product development using modern JavaScript technologies, while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build high-quality software solutions using design thinking principles, lean methodologies, and agile practices.

- Develop applications from scratch using Node.js, JavaScript, and other modern backend & frontend technologies.

- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create intuitive and impactful customer experiences.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.

- Develop reusable libraries, components, and frameworks to accelerate development.

- Ensure high performance, reliability, and code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.

- Collaborate in a transparent, non-hierarchical, and dynamic work culture.

- Contribute to mentoring junior developers and help grow the engineering capability within the team.

- Support continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending appropriate adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and related backend technologies.

- Solid experience with server-side development, preferably using Node.js.

- Experience with one or more frontend/UI frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, PolymerJS, EmberJS, or jQuery (good to have).

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD processes, and modern development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.

- Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced, and agile teams.

- Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)

- Exposure to Machine Learning and NLP concepts

- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Familiarity with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks
