About the Job :

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior React.js + React Native Developer to join our team in Nagpur. This is an urgent hiring need, and we're seeking a professional with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, adept at building both web and mobile applications, and committed to writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Key Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Collaborating with the Development Team: Actively participate in meetings to discuss user interface ideas, application architecture, and new feature implementation.

- Application Design & Development: Review application requirements and interface designs to identify user interactions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts for both web and mobile platforms.

- Code Implementation & Debugging: Write robust application interface codes using JavaScript, adhering to React.js and React Native workflows. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting software issues and debugging application codes to maintain high performance and stability.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Develop and implement scalable front-end architecture to support new user interface concepts. You will continuously monitor and improve front-end performance, ensuring our applications are fast and responsive.

- Documentation & Updates: Meticulously document all application changes and develop updates to keep our software current and well-maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field.

Professional Experience : Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a React.js and React Native developer.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong command of modern front-end languages and libraries.

- Expertise in React tools, including React.js, React Native, Redux, Webpack, and Enzyme.

- Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Familiarity with Flux architecture.

Development & Testing :

- Familiarity with performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest.

- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

Core Competencies :
