We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with 5-10 years of experience in developing high-performance and scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern C++, multithreading, performance optimization, and software testing, along with the ability to work independently on complex technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using Modern C++ (C++11 and above).

- Develop efficient, scalable, and reliable software with a strong focus on performance and resource optimization.

- Design and implement multithreaded and concurrent applications.

- Analyze and optimize application performance, memory usage, CPU utilization, and execution efficiency.

- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.

- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and performance issues.

- Use software documentation and technical specifications to independently understand requirements and implement solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Support CI/CD and containerized development environments where required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of professional C++ development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Modern C++ (C++11 or later).

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, STL, memory management, pointers, and RAII.

- Strong experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and thread safety.

- Proven experience in performance-focused software development and optimization.

- Good understanding of debugging, profiling, and memory/performance analysis.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks; Google Test is preferred.

- Ability to independently interpret software documentation, technical specifications, and requirements.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
