About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product, technology, and QA teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

This role is best suited for professionals who excel in problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Create detailed Use Cases, User Stories, SRS, and BRD documentation.

- Design workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams to represent system processes.

- Conduct functional, API, and integration testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.

- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and support business analysis.

- Develop analytical reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare user manuals and training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product-based environment.

- Strong experience in creating Use Cases, SRS, and BRD documentation.

- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and API testing tools.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Microsoft Visio for creating process flows.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
