What you will do:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong expertise across Automation, Manual, API, Mobile, and Performance Testing, along with good working knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate testing and development work. The candidate is expected to code robust automation frameworks, not just execute tests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with all stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases.

- Define the overall QA approach combining manual, automation, API, mobile, and performance testing.

- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright for Web, API, and Mobile testing.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, with mandatory hands-on Jenkins experience.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case generation, automation scripting, code review, and debugging.

- Mentor and guide junior QA/SDET engineers on automation best practices and coding standards.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- 5-6 years in QA/test engineering, in a senior/individual-contributor SDET capacity.

- Strong programming fundamentals in Java.

- Strong hands-on automation experience with Selenium/Playwright using Java.

- Ability to design automation frameworks from scratch (Page Object Model, data-driven/keyword-driven design).

- API testing (Postman/RestAssured) and Mobile testing (Appium) experience.

- Performance testing tool experience (JMeter/LoadRunner).

- Mandatory hands-on experience integrating automated test suites with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of OWASP security guidelines and testing processes.

- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for testing/development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-based test automation).

- Prior experience mentoring junior QA/SDET engineers.
