Role Overview :

Were looking for an AI-first Tech Lead who goes beyond traditional coding someone who leverages modern AI-powered development tools to build faster, smarter, and better.

This role is ideal for someone who :

- Still loves to code (hands-on 6070%)

- Leads from the front

- Uses tools like Cursor, Codex, or similar to accelerate development

- Thinks deeply about architecture, scalability, and product impact

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development across backend (PHP/Python/Node.js) and frontend (JavaScript/HTML/CSS)

- Design scalable architecture and ensure high code quality and performance

- Actively use AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Codex, etc.) to improve speed and efficiency

- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship features on time

- Integrate third-party APIs and optimize system performance

- Mentor engineers, drive best practices, and ensure smooth sprint execution

- Own production systems: debugging, reliability, and releases

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in product-based/SaaS companies

- Strong hands-on expertise in PHP / Python / Node.js + JavaScript

- Proven experience building scalable systems and working with APIs

- Active usage of AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, etc.)

- Strong prompt engineering skills to improve development productivity

- Solid understanding of databases, version control, and cloud fundamentals

- Experience leading teams and owning deliverables end-to-end

- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have :

- Experience in AdTech / programmatic ecosystem

- Exposure to high-scale distributed systems

- Startup experience (0?1 or scaling stage)
