Yoda Technologies - L2 SCCM Engineer - Windows Server

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing enterprise-wide system deployment, updates, compliance, and mobile device management solutions while ensuring system security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM).

- Integrate and operate Third-Party Patch Management tools (e.g., Patch My PC, Ivanti, ManageEngine, etc.) with SCCM/Intune to ensure systems are up to date and secure.

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, software installations, system reporting, and health checks.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance, compliance, and deployment status.

- Troubleshoot deployment and patching issues across various endpoints (Windows 10/11, Servers, etc.)

- Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure patch compliance and system hardening.

- Participate in change control, documentation, and knowledge sharing processes.

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SCCM and Intune-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Microsoft Intune for mobile and modern desktop management.

- Good to have experience with Third-Party Patch Management tools and their integration with SCCM.

- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

- Good understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking basics.

- Familiarity with Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and co-management scenarios.

- Experience with device collections, task sequences, compliance settings, and role-based administration in SCCM.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
