Job Summary :

YES MADAM is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases, along with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Java-based backend applications

- Design scalable, efficient, and secure backend services

- Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs

- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, etc.)

- Follow best coding practices and participate in code reviews

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Java backend development

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, and Data Structures

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs

- Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL

- Experience with microservices architecture and API integrations

- Familiarity with Git

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and caching mechanisms
