Role Overview :

As the QA Lead at Notion Online Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and execute test cases. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving defects, improving the overall quality of our products, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans for various software products and features.

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.

- Perform API testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of our APIs.

- Conduct mobile testing on both iOS and Android platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

- Utilize Appium to automate mobile testing processes and improve efficiency.

- Analyze test results, track defects, and generate reports to communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and prevent defects.

- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and test plans for complex software systems.

- Strong proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, including Appium.

- Solid understanding of API testing principles and experience using tools like Postman or Swagger.

- Experience in mobile testing on both iOS and Android platforms.
