We're looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-backed business decisions.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities

- Build dashboards, reports, and performance trackers

- Generate actionable insights using SQL and Excel

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams

- Support strategic decision-making through analytics

What We're Looking For:

- 14 years of experience in Business Analytics/Data Analytics

- Strong SQL and Excel skills

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Educational Background:

- IIT / NIT graduates preferred
