Position : Data Scientist

Type of Employment : Contract

Duration of Contract : 2 Months (Extendable)

Work Mode : Remote

Shift : US Shift (4 PM 12 AM IST)

Experience : 6+ Years

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 6-10 years of experience with good experience in the Pharma domain.

Responsibilities :

- Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Design and execute data analysis frameworks to support drug lifecycle management, market access strategies, and real-world evidence generation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies.

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure integrity and validation of datasets.

- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries (e.g., Plotly, Seaborn).

- Apply predictive modeling and NLP techniques to derive insights from unstructured sources

Requirements :

- Experience with EDA, Data Cleansing, Data Lakes etc, synthetic data generation, training and

fine-tuning of models

- Hands-on work with tools such as Python, Pandas, Pytorch, SQL, Databricks and platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and pharma domain.

- Experience with ETL workflows, and analytics delivery in a controlled environment.
