- Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, personas, and journey mapping to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

- Apply UX best practices and industry standards to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Maintain and promote a consistent design language across products.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design (BDes) or a related field.

- HFI (Human Factors International) certification preferred.

- 5- 7 years of professional experience in UX design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

- Experience in design systems and maintaining UI consistency across platforms.
