YASH Technologies - Test Lead - API Testing

We are looking forward to hire API Testing Professionals in the following areas :

Role : Senior QA Engineer

Experience : 8+yrs.

Location : Bangalore

Your Tasks : As Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in test automation, you will be part of a Product Engineering team.

Responsibilities Include :

- Test automation using PlayWright and JavaScript/Typescipt

- Interact with Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering team members, and other QA roles to test

applications for high quality.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience doing manual testing

- 8+ years of experience with API testing

- 8+ years of experience with end-to-end testing (E2E)

- 3+ years of experience with PlayWright and JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation

- 8+ years of experience with Postman

- Knowledge and ideally experience with additional testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, )

- Expertise in writing customized XPath expressions and CSS selectors, identifying business components, and creating project generic and application generic functions.

- Experience in Agile workflow, Scrum

- Experience evaluating the functional and non-functional requirements for testability, and use suitable cases for automation

- Experience in building automation framework and in developing automation scripts for Web UIs

- Experience in building automation framework and in developing automation scripts for APIs

- Experience with GitHub Actions is nice to have

- Fluent English is required, additional language skills are a plus

- Eagerness to constantly learn and improve

- Team player with a pro-active mindset and strong communication skills
