Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement ETL processes, data integration workflows, and data models (including Data Vault).

- Optimize SQL queries and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.

- Support data migration and modernization projects, ensuring minimal downtime and high accuracy.

- Provide leadership in planning, executing, and delivering data projects on time.

- Lead and mentor junior data engineers and guide them in best practices.

- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning as needed.

- Work in Agile teams to plan and deliver sprint goals effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.

- Strong experience in ETL development, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling.

- At least 2 years of experience with Data Vault modeling techniques.

- Strong command over SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS concepts.

- Domain expertise in one or more : Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Finance.

- Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with scripting languages like Python or PySpark.

- Prior experience in data migration or data platform modernization projects.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and data quality frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
