YASH Technologies - Tech Lead - ETL & Snowflake

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement reliable ETL processes and data integration solutions.

- Lead the team to deliver high-quality data warehousing solutions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain data models, including Data Vault modeling techniques.

- Manage data migration and modernization projects effectively.

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore and adopt new technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.

- Ensure performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows and databases.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform.

- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS concepts.

- At least 2 years of experience with Data Vault modeling.

- Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL tools, and data warehousing best practices.

- Domain experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Finance is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with Python or PySpark for data processing.

- Experience with data migration and modernization initiatives.
