Job Description :

We are looking forward to hire SAP PP Professionals in the following areas :

- Around 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP PP as a Lead capacity.

- Certification in SAP would be an added advantage.

- Should have experience in Roll out/Upgrades/ Implementation projects.

- At least 2 End to end S4 HANA implementation/ Rollout experience is a must.

- Experience in SAP Production planning and ECM Module.

- Knowledge in SAP PP related to MTS scenarios, Engineer to Order (ETO)/Make to Order (MTO) with reference to Stock transfer Order, Bill of Materials, Rework Processing , Materials requirement planning , Alternative BOM, Batch management, Inspection lots, Quality certification, Quality Notification, Engineering Change Management processes.

- Also, integration knowledge in Materials Management, Quality Management, Finance, and Costing /controlling.

- Integration with third-party applications, RICEFW's.

- Master data knowledge in both PP and QM.

- Good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PP Strategic Leadership & Implementation :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Production Planning solutions, driving end-to end S/4HANA implementation/rollout projects (minimum 2 required).

- Oversee and actively participate in Rollout, Upgrade, and Implementation projects, acting as the primary SAP PP expert.

- Provide strategic guidance and best practices for leveraging SAP PP functionalities to meet complex business requirements.

Core PP & QM Expertise :

- Deep functional expertise in SAP Production Planning, covering Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios, Engineer-to-Order (ETO)/Make-to-Order (MTO) processes, particularly with reference to Stock Transfer Orders.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing Bills of Material (BOMs), Alternative BOMs, and Rework Processing.

- Strong knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).

- Hands-on experience with Batch Management, Inspection Lots, Quality Certificates, and Quality Notifications.

- Expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes within SAP PP.

- Solid understanding and management of master data for both PP and Quality Management (QM).

Integration & Cross-Module Proficiency :

- Extensive experience with integration knowledge across SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Finance (FI), and Costing/Controlling (CO).

- Proven ability to design and implement integration with third-party applications and manage RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Stakeholder Management & Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with business users, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Utilize excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to articulate complex technical concepts, lead discussions, and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
