Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support sales processes and business requirements.

- Lead the integration of Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud (SFDCSFMC integrations) to enable seamless marketing and sales alignment.

- Automate lead management workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with social media platforms and other external systems.

- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other development tools.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications :


- 5 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on sales processes and system integrations.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud integration (SFDCSFMC).

- Proven experience automating lead management processes within Salesforce.

- Experience integrating social media platforms with Salesforce is a plus.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
