Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the LabVantage LIMS subject matter expert, providing technical support and ensuring system stability.

- Develop and maintain Jaspersoft reports and Bartender label designs as per business requirements.

- Manage and resolve system issues efficiently using the IT4YOU ticketing system.

- Perform regular application and server maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

- Handle static data migration across different environments (Development, QA, Production) to maintain data consistency.

- Coordinate and ensure that LIMS upgrades are implemented without any disruption to business operations across all sites.

- Serve as the central point of contact for all LIMS-related needs, including vendor discussions, collaboration with IT Business Partners, IT procurement, and alignment with the organization's digital strategy.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and streamline LIMS processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience working with LabVantage LIMS.

- Strong expertise in Jaspersoft report development.

- Experience with Bartender label development tools.

- Proven experience in application/server maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as IT4YOU or similar tools.

- Experience managing data migration between multiple application environments.

- Knowledge of LIMS upgrade processes and impact assessment.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with vendors and IT teams.

- Ability to centralize and manage LIMS requirements aligning with organizational strategy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
