SAP SD Module Expertise :

- Possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience with the SAP SD module, covering a wide range of functionalities.

- Configure and optimize processes related to Quotations, Contracts, Sell from Stock, Credit Management, Customer Returns, Customer Down Payment, Free of Charge Delivery, and Sale of Services.

- Manage specific scenarios such as One-Time Customer, Returnable Processing, Free of Goods, and Quality Management in Sales.

- Configure and troubleshoot Warehouse Outbound Processing to Customer with Batch Management.

- Expertise in Intercompany Sales processes.

- Ensure Localization requirements are met within the SAP SD configuration.

Integration & Technical Acumen :

- Apply knowledge of EDI and IDOC processing in SAP SD for seamless integration with external systems and partners.

- Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects relevant to SD.

Consulting & Problem-Solving :

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translating them into robust SAP SD solutions.

- Provide excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and deliver

effective solutions.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing positively to team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant.

- S/4HANA Proficiency : Proven involvement in S/4HANA implementations and rollouts, with at least 1 End-to-End implementation and 2 rollout experiences being mandatory.

- SAP SD Core Modules : Strong functional and configuration knowledge of key SAP SD processes including :

1. Quotations, Contracts, Sales Orders (Sell from Stock, Free of Charge, Services)

2. Credit Management, Customer Returns, Customer Down Payments

3. One-Time Customer, Returnable Processing, Free of Goods

4. Quality Management in Sales, Warehouse Outbound Processing with Batch Management

5. Intercompany Sales, Localization

- Integration : Knowledge of EDI and IDOC processing in SAP SD.

- Methodology : Familiarity with SAP best practices and the SAP ACTIVATE methodology.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
