Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

SAP IS-U FICA Expertise & Configuration :

- Apply strong functional and configuration knowledge of the SAP IS-U FICA module to design, implement, and optimize solutions.

- Lead and execute configuration activities related to core FICA functionalities, including Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing, dunning procedures, BRF+ implementation, and the setup of main/sub transactions and various payment methods.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for FICA module utilization and enhancement.

Integration & Business Process Alignment :

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of utility industry business processes related to customer management, billing, payments, and collections, and translate these into effective SAP solutions.

Problem-Solving & Solution Delivery :

- Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Utilize strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and foster a productive working environment.

Methodology & Continuous Improvement (Good to Have) :

- Proven experience as an SAP IS-U FICA consultant, with a strong track record of successful projects and configurations.

- Deep functional and configuration expertise in SAP IS-U FICA is non-negotiable.

- Hands-on experience with EBS, dunning, BRF+ implementation, main/sub transaction configuration, and payment processes.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate FICA with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Solid understanding of utility-specific business processes related to customer management, billing, payments, and collections.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
