Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP module implementation within turnkey IT projects for Government Authorities, Public Sector Banks, PSUs, Central/State Government, or State PSUs.

Strong functional expertise in SAP MM module including configuration and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and manage SAP MM module components such as Organizational Structure, Master Data, Purchasing, Release Procedures, External Service Management, Pricing, Account Determination, Batch Management, Outputs & Forms, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, and Logistic Invoice Verification.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of processes such as Subcontracting, Consignment, and Stock Transport Orders.

- Implement and customize SAP MM to meet business requirements, focusing on continuous improvements to support business growth.

- Manage External Service Management processes including Service Entry Sheet and Logistic Invoice Verification.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other core modules like SAP SD, WM, and FI.

- Assist in the development and execution of test scripts and documentation to ensure system accuracy and quality.

- Support Change Management activities including end-user training and preparation of end-user manuals.

Skills & Expertise :

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation.

- Good understanding of related business processes and integration points with SD, WM, and FI modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to tailor SAP MM to client needs.

- Effective communication and documentation skills.

- Experience working in government or PSU projects is preferred.
