What You'll Do :

- SAP IAM Solution Implementation : Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager solution for our clients, ensuring it aligns with their specific business requirements and industry standards.

- Asset Management Process Optimization : Analyze existing asset management processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive business process mapping and re-engineering efforts.

- SAP PM Expertise & Customization : Apply strong knowledge of SAP EAM modules, particularly Plant Maintenance (PM), to customize and configure the SAP system.

- Data Integrity & Monitoring : Monitor and maintain data integrity within the EAM system, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

- IoT Integration : Work on integrating IoT devices with the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager to enable real-time data collection from connected assets.

- Predictive Maintenance with ML : Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze asset performance data, predict maintenance needs, and develop predictive maintenance models to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

- Reporting & Analytics : Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insightful views into asset utilization and maintenance needs.

- Collaboration & Troubleshooting : Collaborate closely with IT, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and provide ongoing support for SAP Intelligent Asset Manager users.

- Strategy & Documentation : Assist in the development of asset management strategies and best practices. Maintain thorough system documentation and user manuals.

- Stakeholder Communication : Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making, utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Should have completed at least two end-to-end SAP PM implementations.

- Strong knowledge of SAP EAM modules, particularly Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Demonstrated experience in business process mapping and re-engineering.

- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.

- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Intelligent Asset Manager.

- Hands-on experience with integrating IoT devices with SAP Intelligent Asset Manager.

- Experience in utilizing machine learning algorithms for predictive maintenance and analyzing asset performance data.

- Ability to develop reports and dashboards for asset insights.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
