About the Role :

We're urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our team on-site in Haryana. If you have a strong background in core SAP Human Capital Management modules, particularly with expertise in Indian Payroll, and are available for immediate joining, we encourage you to apply. You'll play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our SAP HCM landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP HCM Module Expertise & Configuration :

- Provide expert functional consulting and hands-on configuration for SAP Organizational Management (OM), including organizational structure, master data, and object relationships.

- Manage and configure SAP Personnel Administration (PA) functionalities, covering employee master data, personnel actions, and infotypes.

- Implement and support SAP Time Management (TM) processes, including time recording, absence/attendance management, and time evaluation rules.

- Leverage in-depth knowledge and experience with Indian Payroll processes, configuration, and legal compliance within SAP HCM.

- Perform system analysis, design, configuration, testing, and documentation for new functionalities and enhancements.

Business Support & Issue Resolution :

- Interact directly with business users to understand their requirements, resolve day-to-day issues, and provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules.

- Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective and sustainable solutions.

Project & Enhancement Support :

- Participate in various project phases, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

- Assist in evaluating, testing, and implementing SAP support packages and enhancement packs.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.

- Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant.

Core SAP HCM Expertise: Mandatory in-depth functional and configuration experience in :

- Organizational Management (OM)

- Personnel Administration (PA)

- Time Management (TM)

- Indian Payroll

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location : Willingness to work on-site in Haryana.
