Candidate Profile :

SAP GTS consultant (6+ years of experience) must act as E2E responsible for all GTS Topics (Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference etc. ) to provide state of art solutions and services.

In this role, SAP GTS consultant is required to have knowledge of all services in SAP GTS Compliance Management, Customs, and Risk Management.

- SAP GTS consultant must have hands-on experience in SAP GTS, its integration, and configuration in conjunction with feeder systems.

- Must have experience of full scope of these services across clients.

- SAP GTS consultant is required to interact with business users to help solve day-to-day tickets, monitor as well as manage individual change requests.

- Good to have an understanding of OTC & P2P processes (incl. SD, MM, and TM) and their integration with GTS.

- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements to support with suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP GTS Solution Design & Delivery :

- Act as the end-to-end responsible consultant for all SAP GTS topics, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference Management.

- Design, configure, and implement solutions within the SAP GTS module, ensuring they meet complex business requirements and adhere to best practices.

- Possess deep hands-on experience in SAP GTS configuration and its seamless integration with feeder systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA).

- Demonstrate experience with the full scope of these services across multiple client engagements.

- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements to provide suitable and innovative solutions.

Operational Support & Change Management :

- Interact directly with business users to resolve day-to-day tickets and operational issues related to SAP GTS.

- Monitor and manage individual change requests, ensuring timely and effective implementation of enhancements and new functionalities.

Integration & Process Understanding :

- Good to have an understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including their touchpoints with SAP SD, MM, and TM modules, and how they integrate with GTS.

- Ensure robust integration between SAP GTS and other relevant SAP and non-SAP systems.

Consulting & Collaboration :

- Provide expert advice and guidance on global trade compliance regulations and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
