Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support for clients across various industries.

- Configure SAP EWM to optimize warehouse processes such as inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and project teams.

- Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SAP WM, MM, SD, and TM for end-to-end supply chain

management.

- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations to improve warehouse performance and streamline operations.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP EWM-related issues.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and user-exits related to SAP EWM functionalities.

- Conduct data migration, testing, and validation during system implementations or upgrades.

- Monitor and ensure successful execution of warehouse management transactions and integrations.

- Prepare documentation for configurations, custom solutions, and project progress reports.

- Work closely with the project manager to ensure the project is on schedule and within scope.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 7- 12 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.

- Strong experience in SAP EWM configuration (warehouse structure, storage types, bins, handling units, etc.).

- Solid understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management.

- Hands-on experience with SAP EWM interfaces, including integration with other SAP modules like SAP WM, MM, SD, and TM.

- Expertise in designing and implementing warehouse workflows, layouts, and resource management.

- Experience with RF/Scanner integration and mobile solutions in SAP EWM.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, managing both technical and functional aspects of the project.

- Good understanding of SAP EWM reporting and custom reporting needs.

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with S/4HANA EWM or EWM on HANA platforms is a plus.

- Exposure to SAP EWM advanced features such as yard management, wave management, and labor management.

- Familiarity with SAP EWM testing tools and methods.

- Knowledge of ABAP programming for creating custom reports and user-exits.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- SAP certification in EWM or related fields is highly desirable.
