Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support SAP Basis administration across ECC and S/4HANA systems.

- Handle end-to-end implementation and post-implementation support activities.

- Perform configuration and administration of Fiori Launchpad.

- Manage HANA database upgrades, system refreshes, and patch updates.

- Analyze and resolve HANA alerts, logs, and traces for performance optimization.

- Perform system installations and configurations for Solution Manager (SolMan), including LMDB, Maintenance Planner, SLD, Managed System Configurations, EWA, and Technical Monitoring.

- Configure and maintain Web Dispatcher and ensure high availability of SAP systems.

- Execute database backups, restores, and recoveries ensuring data integrity.

- Conduct EHP and HANA version upgrades and coordinate system maintenance activities.

- Manage system transports, batch scheduling, and client/system refreshes.

- Deploy applications and manage S/4 Cloud integrations and BTP administration including sub-account management.

- Perform regular system health checks and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership during critical incidents or system upgrades.

- Maintain effective client communication and documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 35+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration with exposure to S/4HANA environments.

- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and AMS projects.

- Strong knowledge of HANA database administration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

- Experience in Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud integrations and BTP (Business Technology Platform).

- Good understanding of operating systems, databases, and network concepts.

- Familiarity with authorization concepts, system security, and transport management.

- Working knowledge of Solution Manager, including EWA and monitoring setup.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and leadership.
