About the Role :

YASH Technologies is seeking experienced SAP Ariba Upstream Consultants to join our team. This role focuses on critical S/4HANA implementation projects, specifically within the Upstream (Source-to-Contract) modules of SAP Ariba. Key Responsibilities :

SAP Ariba Upstream Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Ariba Upstream (Source-to-Contract - S2C) implementations in conjunction with S/4HANA projects.

- Provide expert functional and configuration guidance across SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Commerce Automation.

- Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and integration capabilities.

Integration & Ecosystem Knowledge :

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba Upstream modules and SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is highly beneficial, particularly regarding its integration points with Ariba.

- Understand the broader Ariba ecosystem and its interaction with other enterprise systems.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through Ariba functionalities and best practices for their S2C processes.

- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and lead design discussions with business users and IT teams.

- Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements, and support testing activities.

Project Delivery & Optimization :

- Manage project deliverables, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization within the Ariba Upstream landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant.

SAP Ariba Upstream Expertise : In-depth, hands-on functional and implementation experience in the following SAP Ariba Upstream modules :

1. SAP Ariba Sourcing

2. SAP Ariba Contract Management

3. SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)

4. SAP Ariba Commerce Automation

- S/4HANA Integration : Proven experience with SAP Ariba integration into S/4HANA environments.

- Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes and their application within Ariba.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Travel : Willingness to travel to Kurdistan, Iraq for short periods as and when required for project needs.

- Availability : Immediate joiners preferred.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) module.

- SAP Ariba or S/4HANA certifications.
