YASH Technologies - Salesforce Development Professional - Apex/Visual Force

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC).

- Implement Salesforce best practices across coding, security, and performance optimization.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.

- Manage Salesforce org configurations, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and admins.

- Maintain proper documentation of all solutions and customizations.

- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.

- Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, etc.).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce certifications such as :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

- Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce App Builder

- Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (or equivalent)

- Experience with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.

- Exposure to MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.

- Experience in global, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
