Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the .NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management.

The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Management & Delivery :

- Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements

- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

2. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical oversight for solutions built on :

i .NET Core / ASP

ii. Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions

- Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development

3. Agile Execution :

- Lead Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives

- Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners

- Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

4. Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams

- Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively

- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction

5. Team Leadership :

- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in : .NET Framework / Microsoft Azure Platform

- Experience with : Microservices architecture and REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred), Cloud-native application development

Project Management Skills :

- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies

- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar

- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management

- Participate in RFP / RFI responses & SOW creation

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PRINCE2

- Azure certifications (e. Azure Administrator / Developer / Architect)

- Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
