- Lead IP creation and contribute to AI thought leadership through publications and presentations.

- Ensure alignment with AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Recognized thought leader in ML/AI/Gen AI, with deep expertise in LLMs and vector architectures.

- Proven experience designing scalable AI solutions across BFSI, healthcare, retail, or similar industries.

- Expertise in AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI frameworks.

- Strong publishing record, client consulting experience, and leadership capabilities.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels.

Preferred / Additional Skills :

- Hands-on experience in AI/ML model deployment, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms.

- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and organizational capability building.
