Role : SAP S/4HANA MM Solution Lead / Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished SAP S/4HANA MM Solution Lead / Senior Consultant to join our team. If you possess 10-12 years of extensive experience in SAP MM, with a proven track record of at least two end-to-end S/4HANA greenfield implementations, excellent business process knowledge, and strong leadership capabilities, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do :

- S/4HANA MM Implementation & Leadership : Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects, driving project phases from requirements gathering to go-live.

- Business Requirement & Solutioning : Conduct workshops, drive detailed requirement discussions, and propose innovative SAP MM solutions to business stakeholders. Effectively translate complex business needs into functional specifications.

Core MM Module Expertise : Design, configure, and optimize various processes within the SAP MM module, with excellent business process knowledge in areas such as :

- Stock Transport Orders (STO)

- Subcontracting

- Drop Shipment

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle

- Inventory Management

- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

- Vendor Management

- FIORI & Analytical Apps : Leverage hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, including the usage of

analytical apps, to enhance user experience and provide actionable insights.

- Functional Specification & Technical Coordination : Write detailed Functional Specifications, effectively collaborate with the ABAP team to convey requirements, and thoroughly test developed functionalities and enhancements.

- Interface Development : Possess hands-on experience in building interfaces, with strong knowledge of working with ALE and IDOCs.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Prepare comprehensive test scripts and lead/conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Master Data Management & Migration : Demonstrate an excellent understanding of master data related to MM and possess hands-on experience in building data load programs and loading data using tools like DMC, LTMC, BAPI, or other custom tools.

- Team Leadership & Mentoring : Function as a strong team player with the ability to lead a team, mentor junior consultants, and foster a collaborative environment.

- Stakeholder Management : Effectively drive discussions with business users and business process owners, provide impactful solutions, and conduct solution playbacks to stakeholders.

- Industry & Client Exposure : Possess exposure to working with European clients and experience in Pharma or Chemical industry business processes is highly valued.

- Work Flexibility : Be flexible to work on shifts as required by project demands.

Key Requirements :

- 10-12 years of experience in SAP MM with S/4HANA.

- Minimum 2 End-to-end SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation experiences are mandatory.

- Excellent business process knowledge in STO, Subcontracting, Drop Shipment, and other core MM processes.

- Ability to conduct workshops, drive requirements, and lead solution discussions with business stakeholders.

- Proven ability to propose and build SAP MM solutions.

- Hands-on Fiori experience, including usage of analytical apps.

- Ability to write functional specifications, coordinate with the ABAP team, and test

developments.

- Hands-on experience building interfaces, with good knowledge of working with ALE and

IDOCs.

- Able to prepare test scripts and conduct SIT and UAT.

- Flexible working on shifts and possess excellent communication skills.

- Strong team player with the ability to lead the team.
