Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceMax & Salesforce Solutioning :

- Lead the design and development of technical solutions primarily focused on ServiceMax within the Salesforce platform.

- Leverage 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceMax implementation, design, and development.

- Possess a strong understanding of SFDC ServiceMax Service Cloud functionalities.

- Demonstrate a good understanding of Asset360 capabilities.

Technical Design & Development :

- Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical designs on the Salesforce platform.

- Develop high-quality, maintainable solutions in line with best practices.

Client Engagement & Communication :

- Work directly with clients, demonstrating strong client-facing communication skills, engaging effectively with both IT departments and business users.

- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Agile Collaboration :

- Collaborate effectively within an Agile Development model, participating in ceremonies and contributing to sprint goals.

Required Skills & Experience

- Overall Experience : 8+ years in IT, with 4+ years specifically in ServiceMax implementation, design, and development.

- Core Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in ServiceMax is mandatory.

- Salesforce Platform : Experience in the design and development of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Field Service Domain : Good understanding of Asset360 and SFDC ServiceMax Service Cloud.

- Methodology : Experience working in an Agile Development model.

- Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- SFDC Certification Dev 401 (or equivalent/newer Salesforce Developer certifications)

- ServiceMax Certified Professional
