YASH Technologies - Module Lead - PowerApps/Sharepoint

We're searching for an experienced and highly skilled Module Lead to drive the development of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies. What You'll Do :

- Lead Power Platform Development : Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of complex business applications using Power Apps and orchestrate workflows with Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).

- SharePoint and SPFx Expertise : Drive development initiatives within SharePoint, including custom solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), and manage Document Management functionalities effectively.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and optimize Approval Flows and leverage experience with Nintex Workflows to automate business processes.

- Data Integration : Utilize Dataverse as a robust data source for Power Apps solutions and develop APIs for seamless integration with other systems.

- Legacy System Migration : Apply expertise in InfoPath Forms development, including potential migration strategies to modern Power Platform solutions.

- Technical Consulting & Design : Provide expert technical consulting, engage in requirement gathering, reverse engineering of existing solutions, and contribute significantly to project design.

- Software Development : Apply foundational software programming skills to build and enhance solutions across the stack.

- Mentorship and Leadership : Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to project standards.

- Problem-Solving : Tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Requirements :

- 7-9 years of overall experience in software development and solution delivery.

- Expert proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, SPFx, InfoPath Forms, and Nintex workflows development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps development.

- 3+ years of experience in Power Automate cloud & desktop flows development.

- 3+ years of experience in Approval Flows development.

- 1+ year of experience with Dataverse database.

- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including expertise in Document Management in SharePoint.

- 1+ year of experience in API Development.

- 3+ years of experience in InfoPath Forms development.

- 1+ year of experience in Nintex Workflows development.

- 2+ years of experience in Software Programming in any relevant language.

- 2+ years of experience in requirement gathering, reverse engineering, and project design.

- 2+ years of experience in providing technical consulting.

- 4-year engineering degree in IT/Computer Science or an equivalent field.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
