- Lead the design, configuration, customization, and support of LabVantage LIMS to meet evolving business and laboratory requirements.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize LabVantage workflows, test specifications, instrument interfaces, and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).

- Perform data migration, develop and execute test scripts, and participate in system validation activities following CSV/SDLC methodologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, providing end-user support, training, and documentation.

- Manage LIMS upgrades, patches, and validation testing to ensure system stability and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including laboratory scientists, QA, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful LIMS operation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant guidelines.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to build a high-performing LIMS support team.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of LabVantage architecture, modules, and administrative tools.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.

- 8+ years of experience working with LabVantage LIMS, version 8 or higher.

- Strong experience with Lab Instrument integration, ELN, and other LIMS interfaces.

- Proficient in Java, JSP, SQL, and JavaScript for LIMS customization and development.

- Familiarity with laboratory processes and workflows within pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industries.

- Hands-on experience with data migration, test scripting, and system validation (CSV/SDLC).

- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance including GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in leading LIMS projects and teams.

- Exposure to other LIMS platforms and integration tools.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
