Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and plug-ins.

- Integrate Power Platform components with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Implement best practices for solution design, security, and data governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module.

- Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.

- Solid understanding of CRM customization, security roles, and solution management.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
