Description :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP MDG implementations (Central Governance and Consolidation).

- Define and implement MDG data models, governance processes, and integration strategies for master data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material/Product).

- Customize and extend MDG data models, create and adjust UI configurations (Web Dynpro, FPM, UI5/Fiori Apps), and design Workflows using BRF+ and Business Workflow.

- Perform field validation, derivation, and enrichment through BAdIs and BRF+ rules.

- Design and develop interfaces using Web Services, ABAP Proxies, iDOCs, and BAPIs for data distribution and synchronization.

- Develop reports and custom applications using ABAP, BAPI, and HANA modeling.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on solution design, performance optimization, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business users, data owners, and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure governance alignment and data quality.

- Manage project delivery including design, configuration, prototyping, testing, training, and go-live support under tight deadlines.

- Ensure alignment with change management, audit, and data quality governance standards.

- Work with tools such as HP-ALM, JIRA, and Subversion for project management and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of total experience in SAP MDG with at least 8 full life cycle implementations.

- Strong expertise in MDG Central Governance and MDG Consolidation.

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Customer, Vendor, and Material/Product master data in ECC/S4HANA.

- Strong programming experience in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), ABAP Web Dynpro, ABAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM), and ABAP Workflow.

- Hands-on experience with MDG 9.0/9.1 on S/4HANA and SAP Fiori/UI5.

- Extensive experience with :

1. Data Model Customization and Governance Frameworks

2. UI Customization and Development (FPM, Web Dynpro, Fiori/UI5)

3. Workflow Development (Business Workflow, BRF+)

4. Field Validation and Derivation (BRF+, BAdI)

5. Interface Development (Web Services, iDOC, BAPI, Proxy)

6. Report Development (ABAP, HANA, BAPI)

Mandatory Skills :

- Expert-level understanding of SAP Master Data (Customer, Vendor, Material/Product).

- Strong SAP ABAP development skills.

- Experience in at least two large-scale data transformation or migration engagements.

- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), especially for Business Partner (BP) models.

- Proven experience in data cleansing, mapping, migration, and governance within SAP landscapes.

- Ability to present technical concepts effectively across multiple levels of a global organization.

- Knowledge of integration between SAP and legacy/non-SAP systems.

- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional business and SAP teams for data governance and process optimization.
