Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, flexible, and supportable solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Participate in and lead pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution architecture, effort estimation, and client presentations.

- Drive AI and CoPilot-based initiatives to enhance customer experience and system intelligence.

- Prepare functional specification documents and provide direction to technical teams during the

implementation lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure business goals are met.

- Develop and maintain documentation including solution architecture, configurations, and integrations.

- Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to capability development within the team.

- Ensure best practices in Dynamics CRM implementations and maintain system integrity, scalability, and

performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM, including 3- 4 full lifecycle implementations.

- Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).


- Proficient in Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.

- Experience in implementing and leveraging Microsoft CoPilot and AI solutions is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (APIs, custom connectors, plugins).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience working in global, multicultural teams and client environments.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client interactions effectively.


- Strong documentation and solution design skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
