YASH Technologies - Lead Consultant - Cloud Security

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement cloud security services aligned with pre-defined architecture frameworks.

- Maintain and improve the security posture of cloud platforms, especially Azure.

- Identify, monitor, and remediate vulnerabilities across cloud environments.

- Define and enforce security controls, policies, and access configurations using defense-in-depth principles.

- Design network security solutions, including hybrid cloud network architectures integrating traditional controls.

- Utilize cloud-native tools such as Azure Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Sentinel for security monitoring and incident response.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively across teams.

- Keep up-to-date with emerging cloud security technologies and best practices.

- Support incident response processes and security logging.

Preferred Skills & Expertise :

- Strong understanding of cloud computing models : IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.

- Knowledge of key security frameworks : ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls.

- Experience with cloud security platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Deep expertise in cloud security areas such as identity and access management (IAM), data protection, network security, SIEM, SOAR, DevSecOps, PAM, PKI, and Zero Trust models.

- Experience designing and implementing access configurations and security policies in cloud environments.

- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and .NET.

- Experience with hybrid cloud network security design and defense-in-depth strategies.

- Ability to use and manage cloud-native security tools like Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.

Qualifications :

- Preferred certifications : Azure Security Engineer (or equivalent cloud security certifications).
